Brief
The CMX can measure both material and coating thickness simultaneously while still detecting pits and flaws. This instrument has auto probe zero, auto probe recognition and auto temperature compensation.There are B-Scan options and up to 64 customer user-definable setups.
Other important features:
- Factory setups can be edited by the user.
- Single gate in pulse-echo mode, or single gate with holdoff in echo-echo mode.
- Adjustable threshold.
- Selectable transducer types with built-in dual path error correction for improved linearity.
- Set hi and lo tolerances with audible beeper and visual LEDs.
- Takes 32 readings per second and displays the minimum reading when transducer is removed.
- Basic prove-up flaw detection option using single element angle-beam transducers. .
